*My kitchen is not certified gluten free. Gluten conscious cakes are made using the same equipment that are used to make regular cakes, and while all precautions are taken, the risk for possible contamination with gluten remains. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy to gluten, I am not the baker for you, and I will happily point you in the direction of someone who will be able to serve you. For my clients who choose gluten free as a dietary preference or have a less severe allergy, I am proud to offer these options for you. Bottom line--food allergies are serious. You know your body.
